If you have to do cardio, you might as well make it fun right?! We aim to do just that with this 30 minute dance cardio + sculpt arms workout. We take you through 20 minutes of dance cardio choreography that is fun, easy to follow, and guaranteed to spike your heart rate. Class ends with 10 minutes of our signature bodyweight sculpt arms and weighted arms using 3 lb hand weights. All we can ask is that you let loose and have fun!!
