Let's go Day 1! This is a super sweaty (and super fun) workout! The first half of class will challenge your endurance and keep your heart rate up as we take you through dance cardio, squats, HIIT cardio, and planks. The second half of class is dedicated to mat exercises using hand weights and ankle weights designed to shred your abs, tone your legs, and lift your booty.
