DAY 3: 45 minute full body + 15 minute arms add on
DAY 4: 30 minute abs & ass + 30 minute cardio, arms, & planks
DAY 5: 45 minute full body + 15 minutes inner thighs add on
DAY 6: 1 hour full body + 15 minutes abs add on
DAY 7: 1 hour full body + ass & abs add on
